Hi everyone,

We have now journeyed through the Anglican calendar and are now out into the fair seas of what is known as ‘ordinary time’. And whilst we can all feel that times are anything but ‘ordinary’, we can take this moment together to explore in a bit more depth, specific parts of the Bible. This year we are going to spend some time looking at Paul’s letter to the Romans, starting with a 10 week sermon series that we will also unpack in our home groups. If you want to get ahead I would highly recommend reading through the letter yourselves and watching the Bible Project summary video. I will also put a link below to a series by Tom Wright if you want to get much deeper into the text.

Tonight is Men in Shed and also Filling Station in Peasdown, also there is no Knit and Natter today as we are having Mary Barnes Funeral in Paulton.

This Sunday we are back to the first of the month again and so we have family services in all three churches and also the ‘Engine Room’ prayer session in Paulton at 8pm.

Also, if you want to come along to Rosanna's priesting at St John's Church Keynsham on Saturday 27th June at 2pm please email revrosanna@outlook.com so that we have an idea of how many people are coming.

Have a great week and see you soon,

COMING UP...

Knit and Natter meet in the back room of Paulton church on the first Wednesday of each month from 2 to 4pm. The next meeting is on Wednesday 1 st July 2026.
Please note that there is no meeting in June.
Everyone is welcome to come along and join the group, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a cake and have a good natter!

TGIF is on every Friday and Monday from 10am to 11.30am for coffee, cake, playtime and good chatting - you can find the latest details on Facebook here. (Not during the school holidays)

Morning prayer is taking place at 9.30am Wednesday in Paulton and Thursday in High Littleton. It begins with 15 minutes of quiet reflection, followed by Common Worship morning prayer.

The Church of England have updated their Morning Prayer APP.  You can now listen to morning prayer from the app. I would encourage you all to take this up as a daily practice, it is a great way to grow a pattern of prayer and learn the rhythm of responses each day.

You can download the app here: https://www.chpublishing.co.uk/apps/daily-prayer

Every blessing to you all.
