Hi everyone,

This Sunday is the penultimate in our series on the Holy Spirit before we get to Pentecost, and this week we are thinking about ‘Spirit Filled lives’. This will sum up all of our types of relationship with the Spirit to look at what life should look like and how we can work towards this. We also have a lovely object lesson of this in paulton as a couple will be renewing their wedding vows!

Our Thursday Communion and Bible study lunch is now every other week, 2nd and 4th Thursdays (12pm onwards Holy Trinity Paulton) so the next one will be tomorrow, 14th of May.

A reminder again to please pray with us for our current and upcoming events, Alpha on Tuesday nights, Plant sale on the 23rd May, baptisms on Pentecost and the community meal 24th May. We will have a prayer session in Paulton on Friday evening if you want to join us.

The Flyer for the community meal is below - each person is challenged to invite one person not from church! If you want to volunteer to help with the community meal you can follow this link: https://forms.gle/Sy4QFSyMzjpYPW3Y6

Also, join us on Wednesday 20th May, 8pm, Holy Trinity Paulton, to find out more about the children's work at church. We'll be discussing what we do now, our plans for the future and are keen to get other people's ideas too! Come along if you are a parent; someone who'd like to find out about helping out, or if you're just curious about what we do :) For more information contact Rosanna or Janine (if you're not already tempted, there will be cake!)

See you soon,

Adam

COMING UP...

Knit and Natter meet in the back room of Paulton church on the first Wednesday of each month from 2 to 4pm. The next meeting is on Wednesday 3 rd June 2026.
Everyone is welcome to come along and join the group, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a cake and have a good natter!

TGIF is on every Friday and Monday from 10am to 11.30am for coffee, cake, playtime and good chatting - you can find the latest details on Facebook here. (Not during the school holidays)

Morning prayer is taking place at 9.30am Wednesday in Paulton and Thursday in High Littleton. It begins with 15 minutes of quiet reflection, followed by Common Worship morning prayer.

The Church of England have updated their Morning Prayer APP.  You can now listen to morning prayer from the app. I would encourage you all to take this up as a daily practice, it is a great way to grow a pattern of prayer and learn the rhythm of responses each day.

You can download the app here: https://www.chpublishing.co.uk/apps/daily-prayer

Every blessing to you all.
