Hi everyone,

The big day is almost here and we have events almost every day from now until Christmas day. I want to say a huge thanks to everyone who has helped and contributed to Christmas so far and for all those who will help in this final wave of events. It’s an awesome time to share the good news of God’s love and peace. This Sunday we are back to some traditional Bible business with Mary and Elizabeth meeting and Mary singing of what God is going to do, which really is good news!

CHRISTMAS HAMPERS!:

The hamper project is complete, with all 47 delivered to the schools. Thanks so much to everyone who donated to this, it is our biggest act of worship as a church to give these gifs away at Christmas.

WINE TASTING:

From what I could see we had a great event in the wine tasting, raising several hundred pounds for Voices and getting much better acquainted with some fine wines. Thanks so much to all who came along and to Katie for organizing the evening.

Morning prayer is taking place at 9.30am Wednesday in Paulton and Thursday in High Littleton. It begins with 15 minutes of quiet reflection, followed by Common Worship morning prayer.

The Church of England have updated their Morning Prayer APP.  You can now listen to morning prayer from the app. I would encourage you all to take this up as a daily practice, it is a great way to grow a pattern of prayer and learn the rhythm of responses each day.

You can download the app here: https://www.chpublishing.co.uk/apps/daily-prayer

Every blessing to you all.
