Hi everyone,
It’s Pentecost Sunday this week and we have a huge weekend coming up with services in all 3 churches, 3 baptisms and loads of events. Pentecost is the time when we celebrate the birth of the church and the coming of the Holy Spirit to all people. If you would like to revisit our whole sermon series on the Holy Spirit you can find it here:
Remember - there is no ‘Men in Shed’ tonight as most of us are away.
Please pray with us and share the upcoming events with those you know;
Children's work meeting (with cake!) - Holy Trinity Paulton 8pm Wednesday 20th May
High Littleton Church cafe 2.30-4pm on Friday 22nd May
Pentecost prayer - Holy Trinity Paulton 4-5pm and 6-7pm Friday 22nd May
Plant Sale - Holy Trinity Paulton 10am-12 noon Saturday 23rd May
Community meal - Paulton Village Hall, 3pm-5pm Sunday 24th May (cake makers please remember to list your ingredients - more cake making volunteers are welcome)

Our Thursday Communion and Bible study lunch is now 2nd and 4th Thursdays (12pm onwards Holy Trinity Paulton) so the next one will be 11th of June.
The Flyer for the community meal is below - each person is challenged to invite one person not from church! If you want to volunteer to help with the community meal you can follow this link: https://forms.gle/Sy4QFSyMzjpYPW3Y6
See you soon,
Adam

See all below for all the other details of our groups and upcoming events.
Next Sunday we will be 9.30am in High Littleton and Farrington, and 11am in Paulton.
If you want to access resources in the meantime, we have a wealth of materials available.
You can use the YouTube link to get yourself tuned up and ready to sing with us on Sunday.

If you don't feel able to attend in person, we will continue to provide online worship options as well. The link to Twitch is at the bottom of this email.
COMING UP...

Knit and Natter meet in the back room of Paulton church on the first Wednesday of each month from 2 to 4pm. The next meeting is on Wednesday 3 rd June 2026.
Everyone is welcome to come along and join the group, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a cake and have a good natter!

Morning prayer is taking place at 9.30am Wednesday in Paulton and Thursday in High Littleton. It begins with 15 minutes of quiet reflection, followed by Common Worship morning prayer.
The Church of England have updated their Morning Prayer APP. You can now listen to morning prayer from the app. I would encourage you all to take this up as a daily practice, it is a great way to grow a pattern of prayer and learn the rhythm of responses each day.
You can download the app here: https://www.chpublishing.co.uk/apps/daily-prayer
view the live service and re-watch previous services here: https://www.twitch.tv/holytrinitychurchpaulton
Every blessing to you all.
Adam
