Hi everyone,
We are now heading into Holy Week, beginning with Palm Sunday this week. We have Jeremy Westlake as our guest preacher in Paulton this week and the service will be followed by our Lent Lunch. We also have free craft events in the afternoon at both Farrington and High Littleton.
Next week we have school services on Maundy Thursday at 9am in Farrinton Gurney and 2pm in High Littleton. We will also have an evening communion service in Paulton at 7pm.
On Good Friday we will be open for quiet prayer in High Littleton at 11am, with children’s activities in the church hall, followed by a ‘hot cross bun last supper’. Paulton will be open for quiet prayer between 2pm and 3pm.
If you would like to attend a service on Good Friday the please join us at the Paulton Baptist Church at 10.30am
We will continue our study of Ephesians at 12 noon on Thursday, this week discovering the delights of chapter 3.
The Women's Group tonight will be on the theme of crosses. Through quiz, folk tale and creativity, Susan will lead you into a world of crosses.
Also we are seeking donations of plants for our church plant sale on the 11th of May (see below for more details)
If you want to continue tracking with some of the sermon ideas as they develop I have included some more links to useful content that can help to keep us on the same 'wavelength'. This week, I have been doing a lot of physical training, so rather than another thing to read, watch, or listen to, spend 10 minutes doing something that raises your heart rate!

The Church of England have updated their Morning Prayer APP. You can now listen to morning prayer from the app. I would encourage you all to take this up as a daily practice, it is a great way to grow a pattern of prayer and learn the rhythm of responses each day.
You can download the app here: https://www.chpublishing.co.uk/apps/daily-prayer

Every blessing to you all.
